Earning and holding a Sovereigns balance is fully built - see Sovereigns - but a dedicated store to actually spend that balance on isn't wired up yet. The website currently exposes a read-only balance check; there's no purchase flow in-game or on the site today.

Documented honestly as a planned feature rather than describing a shop that doesn't exist yet - check back as it's built out.
