Ophis's third eye opened somewhere in the Scarlet Cave's deeper dark, and it has never once shown her a lie. It shows her the next few seconds instead - which is its own kind of curse when the vision is wrong.
She marks whichever enemy is nearest her as her Prophecy target for the following round.
A Foresight charge banks (cap 3) and she gains a brief precognitive dodge. No prior resource here is fed by the ACCURACY of a prediction the boss makes about the party, only by what already happened.
Her own vision punishes her - self-inflicted damage, and the Foresight streak resets to 0.
Her epic spell answers - spectral watchers bent from the same light that lets her see forward, rather than literal mummies.
Scarlet Cave's real ceiling stood at CR16 (Ilsevet Marrow, round 10); Ophis lands at the same CR16 band, taking the area's very last remaining Sparky slot (enc10, 9/10 before this boss - the area is now fully stocked).
She is the bestiary's first Ocular Adept - cloned from darkshadow, the same shadow-race donor round 6 and round 10 (Ilsevet) both used, which already carries every HotU epic-spell feat this hak has; those were confirmed still unioned with, not overwritten by, her own new feats.
Real Epic Spell: Mummy Dust (id 637/874) - Scarlet Cave already had Dragon Knight (Kessandra Vorn, round 8) and Mage Armor (Ilsevet Marrow, round 10) standing; Mummy Dust went here, its risen-watcher flavor matching an oracle whose power is about seeing what's coming, not summoning raw force.
